Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at baresy.group@gmail.com and send your item to: 84 rue des étudiants, Courbevoie, Île de France, 92400, France. Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who ordered the item for you had it shipped directly to you to give as a gift, we will issue the refund to that person, and they will therefore know that you returned the gift.

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
